February March 2019 Rowing & Regatta magazine is out

The next edition of Rowing & Regatta magazine is on its way to British Rowing members

In our February / March issue we focus on travel with suggestions for active holidays that don’t involve rowing, ranging from diving and surfing through to climbing via ferratas and skiing. All designed to help you recharge your batteries, but still keep fit, while you’re away from the boat.

Training camps offer a chance to really focus on your development. We look at how you can maximise your time at camp while balancing out your rowing and recovery.

So how do you know if you’re doing too much and not recovering enough? Olympic silver medallist Vicky Thornley shares her personal experiences of overtraining so that you can benefit from her findings.

Elsewhere in the magazine, our expert nutritionist Jacqueline Birtwisle provides three easy recipes for delicious treats – everyone deserves a reward now and then.

Plus, don’t miss our 2019/20 wallplanner listing all the British Rowing events – it’s perfect for planning out your racing schedule over the year.

All this, and more in the February / March 2019 Rowing & Regatta magazine.

From Friday 22 February, the February / March 2019 Rowing & Regatta will be downloadable on digital and the print edition will be posted direct to British Rowing members.
