Notice of EGM June 2014

An Extraordinary General Meeting of British Rowing will be held on Wednesday 18th June, 2014 at 12 noon at British Rowing HQ, 6 Lower Mall, London W6 9DJ for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, passing a resolution, which will be proposed by Special Resolution, to amend the Articles of Association with regard to the voting status of the Chief Executive Officer.
