Cheshire and Warrington Focus on Rowing

Cheshire and Warrington County Sports Partnership have published their monthly newsletter Spotlight On… – a monthly publication which will focus on a different sport each month. The newsletter aims to collate information on National Governing Body developments and schemes along with elite athlete news and an update from a local club. This month the newsletter focuses on rowing. 

Cheshire forms the North Wests largest base of rowing activities in the region, with Chester boasting 5 clubs all within 200 meters of each other on the River Dee.  Our North West Team Leader, Dan Hetherington works closely with the County Sports Partnership and has helped to develop some useful content for the edition of Spotlight On… To read the rowing news and update in the newsletter click on the image of the newsletter below:
