It is particular busy in the Thames region with several Heads of the River races for all age ranges and abilities are taking place. Are they in your diary? 11 March Schools’ Head of the River (Tideway)ADVERT 12 March Junior Sculling Head -‘The Scullery’ (Dorney Lake) 13 March Women’s Eights Head of the River (Tideway) 27 March Men’s Head of the River (Tideway) 28 March Vesta Veterans Head of the River (Tideway) Safety: It is imperative that all coxes/steerspersons, coaches and water safety advisors are aware of navigation on the Tideway. Please ensure that you are familiar with the rules by reading the British Rowing Quick Guide to Steering on the Tideway NOTE: Please be aware that for the Tideway events Hammersith Bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic.
